What if my product arrived damaged?
Our products are packed with care in suitable packaging materials, and we aim to deliver products without damage. In the case of damage, please inform us immediately after the arrival. We will only accept claims about damages that are flagged within calendar 7 days upon arrival. We offer a smooth process when it comes to damages if everything is documented clearly as mentioned below.
Send an e-mail to support@greatreminders.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The products that are damaged
- Details about the damage, including photos of any visual damage.
- The way you would like to be compensated:
- Receive new product(s) for free
- Receive a refund to your original method payment within 3-5 business days.
Nobody is happy with a damaged product because of the extra work. Therefor we will save you the hassle of returning the product to us and have documented everything we need clearly above. Our wish is that we can still make you happy by sending new product(s) for free.
