How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes about 2-3 days to prepare your order for shipping and dependent on the destination an additional 1 to 4 days to ship your order. The delivery time may vary per country. Please check out our shipping policy to see how much it takes to arrive at your destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Our products are shipped to 180+ countries in the world thanks to our network of distribution partners. The whole list of countries can be found in our shipping policy. We are generally able to ship to many international locations. However, this is subject to change at any time and for any reason. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Great Reminders is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.

What shipping methods do you offer?

All our packages are shipped with Standard/Economy parcel delivery. This means that we will select the most economic carrier for you and that the delivery will take between 2-5 days dependent on the destination.

Can you deliver on a specific day?

Once your package is in the hand of our partnering shipping carriers, we have no control over the time of delivery. But, the good news is that both FedEx and UPS give you the ability to schedule your delivery times for all of your residential packages!

If you know that you are not going to be home and are worried about them not leaving your package at your door, we strongly encourage you to schedule your delivery window directly with FedEx or UPS. Their Delivery Manager platforms are flexible and allow you to schedule the delivery of your package within a short time frame to ensure you will never miss a package at your home again.
