Goal: Determine Your Top Three Values
Instructions:

- Once you have your list, read through each value and ask yourself, "Does this value truly matter to me in the grand scheme of my life?"
- As you go through each value, assess its significance and relevance to your long-term happiness and fulfillment. Consider how it aligns with your aspirations, goals, and overall sense of purpose.
- From your list, narrow it down to the top three values that hold the greatest importance to you.
- Write down these three values and spend a few moments reflecting on why they matter to you and how they can guide your decisions and actions.
- Moving forward, use these values as a compass to help you keep things in perspective. When faced with challenging situations, ask yourself if they align with your core values and if they truly matter in the grand scheme of your life.
