Your role
This is not a corporate job. This is a flexible partnership for trainers who want to deliver meaningful in-company learning experiences.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate leadership sessions in companies
- Lead workshops on communication, feedback, mindset, productivity, team performance, etc.
- Create engaging sessions with discussion, exercises, reflection, and action plans
- Represent Great Reminders professionally in client settings
- Share field feedback to improve programs over time
Who you are
- Experienced trainer, facilitator, coach, or L&D professional
- Strong presence in front of groups
- Able to energize rooms and create trust quickly
- Believes learning should lead to action
- Professional, reliable, and people-smart
