Your role
This is not a traditional graphic design role. This is a flexible partnership for someone who can transform structured ideas into visual learning experiences people instantly understand and remember.
What you’ll do
- Visualize leadership frameworks and systems
- Create workshop visuals, canvases, and learning tools
- Design one-page summaries, guides, and visual models
- Improve clarity and structure across learning materials
- Help create a visually consistent learning experience
Who you are
- Strong visual thinker with structured communication skills
- Experienced in learning, presentation, or visual systems design
- Able to simplify complexity visually
- Believes learning should be practical and memorable
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
