Your role
This is not a corporate job. This is a flexible partnership for someone who can help design learning experiences that are practical, structured, engaging, and easy to apply.
What you’ll do
- Design learning journeys around leadership, communication, mindset, productivity, and team performance
- Turn frameworks into workshops, exercises, reflection tools, worksheets, and application guides
- Help structure programs for individuals, teams, companies, and trainers
- Improve how users move from reading a framework to applying it in real work situations
- Share ideas to make Great Reminders more memorable, practical, and impactful
Who you are
- Learning experience designer, instructional designer, L&D professional, trainer, coach, or course creator
- Strong at turning complex ideas into simple learning flows
- Able to design exercises, reflection prompts, and practical application moments
- Interested in leadership, personal growth, behavior change, and performance
- Structured, creative, practical, and outcome-focused
