I will spread positive vibes each day by highlight one positive element in a difficult situation and sharing it in the form of an act of kindness or encouragement to someone or. This will create a consistent and intentional practice of spreading positivity in my interactions.

Implementation

  1. Take time to reflect: Take a few minutes each day to reflect upon your day and choose one situation that was difficult for yourself, or someone else. It can by any situation at work, home, or even something you’ve seen in the news. Examples: a conflict, receiving negative feedback, feeling stressed, making a mistake, being disappointed, receiving bad news, being stuck in traffic,…
  2. Find the positive: Ask yourself the right questions to find at least one positive element in that situation. Ask yourself these questions:
    • What’s the learning?
    • What new opportunities arise? New positive future changes, positive new solutions,…
    • How can it be seen as a challenge to grow and learn? Use it to understand myself better or practice certain skills like patience, perseverance, compassion, inner strength, resilience.
    • What strengths or qualities did someone demonstrate?
  3. Spread it: Set an intention to spread your positive outcome to the world. It can be giving a compliment, offering help, or expressing a simple thank you to someone in particular. Alternatively, spread your insights using social media or other platforms to bring joy and positivity to others.
