The decision to read more is one of the best decisions you can make. But how to start if you don't even like to read in the first place?

Decide to be a reader

When someone asks you who you are. Respond that you like to read in your free time. Give examples of things you have read or plan to read and how much time you commit to it.

Read to grow

Why do you want to read in the first place? Remember that reading equals knowing. The more you read the more you know. The more you know, the more you can grow as a person.

Make it easy

Reading an hour a day may sound overwhelming. Think about how much time you can easily find to keep your schedule sustainable. Make yourself think it is simple to do it, and you'll more easily do it.

Make a simple plan

Making a plan doesn't have to be difficult. Plan in your calendar at least 15 minutes a day or 30 minutes every 2 days and commit on your plan. That's an investment  in yourself of 1 hour and 45 minutes a week!
