Your role

This is not a typical content role. You will work closely with the founder to turn deep thinking into structured learning assets that people can apply immediately.

What you’ll do

  • Turn ideas into structured frameworks, summaries, learning pages, and follow-up tools
  • Prepare physical sessions: slides, handouts, reflection sheets, QR flows
  • Document what works and improve materials based on feedback
  • Repurpose one idea into multiple usable learning assets

Who you are

  • Structured thinker (you love clarity and clean structure)
  • Strong writer (simple, spot-on, to the point)
  • Curious, coachable, and learns fast
  • Reliable and detail-aware (without perfection paralysis)

This role IS

  • Hands-on building: pages, tools, session materials
  • Framework work: structuring messy ideas into usable formats

This role is NOT

  • Pure social media posting
  • Copywriting for clicks
  • Busywork / “just help out” tasks
  • A corporate internship with slow feedback loops

What you’ll learn

  • How to structure knowledge into frameworks people remember
  • How learning transfers (or doesn’t) into real behavior
  • How to build a platform and learning system from the inside
  • How to create session materials that land in real rooms

Type: Internship or Junior role

Location: Hybrid / Remote-friendly

Duration: Flexible (e.g., 8–12 weeks minimum)

Time: Part-time or full-time (discussable)

Start: As soon as possible (flexible)

Language: English or Dutch (both fine)
