Goal
For the next month, eat at least 2 servings of fruit per day. Achieve your fruit goal with the help of these 4 simple steps:
- Buy fresh fruits every time you go to the store.
- Put the fruits in sight in a fruit basket in your home or office. In this way you will be reminded to eat fruit when you are hungry.
- Set an intention to eat fruit during certain moments of the day. Add a serving to your breakfast, take one with you as a snack, or grab one when you're feeling hungry.
