If you are not satisfied with the quality of the material received, please provide us with some pictures showing the issue and let us know which items were affected. We will only accept claims that are flagged within calendar 7 days upon arrival. We will evaluate case per case and do our best to make you happy again. Follow the following process:

  2. The products affected
  3. Details about the problem, including photos if relevant
  4. The way you would like to be compensated:
    1. Receive new product(s) for free
    2. Receive a refund to your original method payment within 3-5 business days.
