What’s the status of my order?

Please check your email for order notifications. If you have not yet received it, please check your spam / trash folder.  All order notifications will be sent to the email used when placing your order. When the goods are shipped, you will receive a tracking code from us. By clicking on the tracking code link in the shipping confirmation e-mail you will be guided to the website of the carrier where you will be able to see the latest shipping status of your order. It takes 2 – 3 working days to ship your order, so please allow some time for the tracking code to become available.

Why I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation?

It usually takes 2-3 working days to ship your order. Please first check your e-mail spam / trash folder for shipping confirmations. If you still didn’t receive a shipping confirmation after 3 working days, Please reach out to us here.

What if the tracking code doesn’t update?

The tracking link will be available only after the product has been shipped. It usually takes a couple of hours after an order is shipped, for any updates to appear in the tracking. We recommend waiting until the next day before contacting our support team. If after 24 hours from the order being shipped no updates are visible, please reach out to our team here with your order number.

What if my order is late?

If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery date, please check your tracking code for the latest shipping status. You will receive the tracking code from us in the e-mail with shipping confirmation. If you received a shipping confirmation it means it was dispatched from us and will reach you in the estimated time.

Although we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery date, there may be some cases where the package is delivered 1-2 days late. In case your package takes a lot more to arrive, please contact our team here with your order number.

What if I received an incomplete order?

If there is more than 1 tracking link, then the order was shipped in multiple packages. We suggest checking the different tracking codes and seeing the status of each delivery.

If there is no additional tracking and some items are missing from the order, you can send us a request here, please mention your order number and the products that are missing.

What if I wasn’t at the office when the delivery took place?

Most of the packages are delivered directly to the address provided at the checkout. If the given address was incorrect or nobody was present, the shipping provider will either attempt a second delivery on the next working day or deliver the parcel to a pick-up point. This can be checked using the tracking link in the order history.

In some cases, the parcel may be sent back to us. If that happens, please contact our team here and mention your order number.

What if my package was marked "delivered" but I didn't receive it?

In case your tracking code shows delivered, but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, apartment office, or others who may have accepted your order on your behalf.
  • The carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as the back door, garage, or behind bushes. Check your tracking information to see if a location was noted.
  • In some situations, or during peak delivery times, packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to their arrival.

USPS PACKAGE: If USPS is reporting "delivered", you will need to contact USPS directly to file a missing mail search. To save time, we suggest reaching out via email by submitting a service request here.

FEDEX PACKAGE: If FEDEX is reporting "delivered", you will need to contact FEDEX directly to file a claim. Please visit fedex.com > Support > File a claim.
